135th Anniversary The White Room* - September 15&16

This year we celebrate the 135-year anniversary of Restaurant The White Room*. To highlight this extraordinary moment, we take you on a historical and culinary journey in the third week of September 2020.

Chef de Cuisine Randy Karman, together with Jacob Jan Boerma, recreates one of the very former menus with inclusion of the Michelin star allure. On 15&16 September The White Room* presents an exclusive 135-years Celebration Dinner for guests and press.

From September 14th, the public areas of NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky will be transformed into a historical runway. We will be opening our archives and share memories from the past using QR codes to tell you all hidden stories about the oldest restaurant in Amsterdam. The hotels’ café and bar, Grand Café Krasnapolsky and Bar The Tailor, will be as well inspired by recipes from the past and introduce their own specials, as from the 17th of September. Everyone is welcome to explore the historical collection of The White Room* in NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky from September 14th-27th.
